I recently found some more work that combined draw animation with live footage. I spotted it on the leaflet for the 2009 animation festival and looked it up online. Considering I'm making a music video for my major project I found this really useful. I love the way they combined the imagery with the music and use the animated parts to link the visuals in with the beat of the music better. It inspired me to maybe use the two different areas within my work, use live footage in the background and animated objects in the foreground to tie the piece in better to the music. I also love the fact that the animation looks hand drawn, another element Im thinking of including in my own work.
